Qigong (pronounced "chee-gong") is an ancient Chinese practice that combines posture, gentle movement, breathwork, self massage, and meditation to cultivate and balance your body's vital energy, or "qi." This natural healing modality promotes physical health, mental clarity, emotional well-being, and spiritual awakening.  Some of the benefits include:

• Improved flexibility and balance

• Reduced stress and anxiety

• Enhanced immune function

• Better sleep quality

• Increased energy and vitality

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No prior experience necessary.
