The Divine Feminine Across the Traditions Thursdays, 6 sessions beginning Feb 4th through March 18th 6:30-8:00 p.m. Donation: $25 Facilitators: Kelly Lemens and Craig Bergland
Known as Sophia, Lady Wisdom, in the Hebrew texts, the feminine qualities of the Divine are found in every major religion’s tradition. These appear in a variety of forms, from the very subtle, as in the Christian tradition, to the overt, as in the Hindu tradition. Join us as we learn about and explore the role of the divine feminine in Judaism, Christianity, Islam, non-monotheistic traditions such as Hindu and Buddhist, and Native American/Indigenous/Eco-Spiritual traditions. We will then be invited to explore our own artistic expression of the divine feminine during the last session. Please register here.

A Journey Through The Bible Facilitator: Kelly Lemens Donation: $25 Focusing on the historical books of the Old Testament, this narrative approach to studying the Bible gives the big picture of salvation history and shows how everything ties together. Based on The Great Adventure Bible Study by Jeff Cavens, we will explore individual events as well as the overall story God’s relationship with His people that ties together and makes sense of all the books of the Bible. Once we get a grasp of this “big picture,” Scripture comes to life and makes sense; we begin to see how our lives fit in God’s loving plan. All are welcome—no previous Bible study experience necessary. Register here.
