Guided by insightful reflections, thought-provoking video, journaling and contemplative practices, we embark this Lenten season on an inward journey where we meet God’s tender mercy, feel the power of God’s love and heal and restore our hearts. We will explore age-old practices of prayer, fasting, almsgiving and service as ways of deepening our relationship with God, ourselves and others.
